COVID-19 Business Update

Date: 2020-04-27

Business Continuity

In view of the prevailing unprecedented circumstances caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus,

Finance House plc has taken appropriate measures that whilst ensuring business continuity, also ensures that the wellbeing of both our customers and employees is not put at risk.

We are therefore urging our customers to avoid, as far as possible, to visit our offices to effect repayments by means of cash. Instead we encourage clients to use internet banking applications for transferring of funds.  All necessary information to perform such a transaction can be found here

Should visiting our premises be inevitable it is very important that you ensure you are free from any COVID-19 symptoms.

For the benefit of maximum hygiene and safety please follow the guidelines provided by our personnel when visiting.

Furthermore, our operating hours have recently changed as follows:

Monday to Friday         8:30am – 6pm

Saturday                      8:30am – 1pm

Support for those whose income has been negatively impacted by COVID-19

Finance House plc will continue to support its customers who are experiencing financial stress caused by the current COVID-19 pandemic, both for those in employment or those engaged in a business activity on a self-employed basis.

Customers whose main income has been either lost or had to face pay cuts and find themselves unable to meet their monthly repayments commitments with us, are urged to communicate with us. We may consider granting a moratorium on repayments on both capital and interest. Customers are assured that each request shall be treated in full confidentiality and on a case by case basis.

Customers should ideally send an email to our credit control team on [email protected] including details of status, ID Number, contact number and BOE reference. The Credit Control Team will assist in the best possible manner in this regard.

For any further clarifications, customers may also contact us on 27779000 during opening hours announced above.

Once again we urge you to stay safe and stay home and utilise the digital channels provided for your maximum convenience.
