James Zammit

James Zammit is the Chairman of Zammit Holdings and is one of the most up-and-coming and dynamic entrepreneurs of his generation in Malta. During 2013, he set up Finance House and initially the organisation focused on offering loans for vehicle purchases and debtor factoring to car dealers via a regulated lending structure. During 2015, he also set up Zammit Finance which successfully issued a bond of Euro 6 million allowing for the group’s further expansion. Today he is also CEO of Agora Estates plc, a company involved in the buying, selling and management of estates and he also has vested interests in AB Finance. In his role as CEO, James Zammit leads a team of over 50 people, while focusing his time on the development of a strong company strategy for Finance House. James Zammit graduated with a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Edinburgh Business School during 2016.

The following documentation is required:

Copy of a valid Identity Document (ID Card or Passport).
Proof of permanent resident address if this is not evident on identity document, which can be in the form of a Utility Bill, Bank Statement or correspondence from local Government authority department.
Residence Rental agreement if applicable.
Copies of the latest three payslips and FS3 for previous year. In the case of self-employed individuals, we will request copies of your Profit and Loss Accounts and Tax Statements issued by the Inland Revenue Department for the last two years.
Non-Maltese nationals may be required to provide additional information in respect of their residency status, occupation and permanency in Malta as proof that they have been residing in Malta for more than five years.
Copy of the latest bank statement where salary/income is being transacted (3 months history).
Other documentation may be requested at point of loan application review.
