David is a financial services professional and corporate executive with more than three decades of senior executive leadership experience. David is a former President of the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry and served as a non-executive director of various publicly listed entities.

David is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of the United Kingdom and a Chartered Insurer.
